This page explains how to delete your Museo account and what happens to your data. Muskan Educom Foundation operates the Museo app (package com.parkquest.parkquest).
Delete it yourself, in the app
Open Museo, then go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. The screen shows exactly what will be removed and asks you to confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email info@muskanaerospace.com from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you registered with, and ask for deletion. We verify that the request is genuinely yours and complete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — name, phone number, email, and profile photo.
- Your game progress — XP, level, coins, badges, streaks, missions, certificates and scan history.
- Your uploaded photos and photo-challenge entries.
- Your saved addresses, wishlist and cart.
- Your push notification token and notification preferences.
What we keep, and why
Records of completed ticket bookings, orders and payments are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires. After deletion these are held against the transaction, not against a usable account, and cannot be used to sign in or identify you in the app.
