These terms govern your use of the Museo app operated by Muskan Educom Foundation. By creating an account you accept them.
Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your login private.
- One account per person. Accounts created to farm rewards may be suspended.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
Tickets
- A ticket is valid only for the venue, date and visitor count shown on it.
- Entry is subject to the venue's own rules, capacity and timings.
- The QR code on a ticket is single-use at the gate. Do not share it.
Coins, XP and rewards
- Coins, XP, badges, streaks and certificates are part of a game. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Coins may be redeemed against purchases in the app only, at the rate shown at checkout.
- We may adjust or reverse rewards obtained through a bug, a duplicate scan, or any attempt to cheat.
Purchases
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your order is confirmed once Razorpay reports a successful payment.
- If your payment is debited but the order does not confirm, contact us with the payment reference and we will resolve or refund it.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, reverse-engineer or overload the app; do not upload unlawful, offensive or infringing photos; do not impersonate anyone; do not use another visitor's ticket or QR code.
Content you upload
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You give us permission to store and display them inside the app for the feature you uploaded them to. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Availability and liability
The app is provided as-is. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the booking or order the claim relates to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile > Settings > Delete Account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
