This policy covers physical merchandise bought in the Museo app. Tickets are delivered instantly in the app and need no shipping.
Collection at the venue
Most merchandise is prepared for collection at the venue's counter. You will get a notification when your order is ready, and you collect it by showing the order QR code in the app.
Delivery
Where the venue offers delivery, orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 working days of confirmation and typically arrive within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your location. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
The app shows the current status of every order under Profile > My Orders. Where a courier tracking reference is available, it is shown there.
Wrong or incomplete address
We deliver to the address you enter at checkout. If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry an additional charge.
