Tickets
- A ticket can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the visit date for a full refund.
- Within 24 hours of the visit date, and for unused tickets after the visit date, tickets are non-refundable.
- If the venue cancels a visit, closes unexpectedly, or cannot honour your ticket, you get a full refund.
Merchandise
- You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund.
- If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full.
- Made-to-order and personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Coins used in an order
Coins you redeemed against a refunded order are credited back to your Museo wallet. The money part of the payment is refunded to your original payment method.
How to request a refund
Email info@muskanaerospace.com with your order or ticket number and what went wrong, or raise it from Profile > Support in the app.
How long it takes
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once we issue it, the money typically reaches your account in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
Failed payments
If money was debited but your booking or order did not confirm, the amount is normally reversed automatically by your bank within 7 working days. If it is not, contact us with the payment reference and we will chase it.
